In the past 20 years I've had the luck to work on a variety of projects, implementing solutions across a wide variety of fields. Here are a few recent projects.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

GoGrabLunch.com IaaS is an amazing thing. It replaces all the hassles of running your own networking center: servers, routers, switches, hosting; and puts it all in the Cloud.  Our project with GoGrabLunch.com fully uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the hosting of their social networking application.  AWS features used:

Platform as a Service (PaaS)

Salesforce.com PaaS is yet another confusing cloud term.  A platform service is the combination of a cloud infrastructure, a software application, and a customizable framework.  We have implemented Salesforce for numerous clients, including a local Knoxville non-profit.  We believe in Salesforce so much we use it ourselves for Carp Data's CRM platform.

Software as a Service (SaaS)

SOSHopeStore.org We've all heard the term Software-as-a-Service for some time now.  While most software vendors describe their products as extremely easy to set up, that is not always the case.  The reality is that good analysis of business requirements, documentation, features and risk analysis are what truly determine a successful SaaS implementation.  We accomplished such a project with SOSHopeStore.org.  The application cleverly utilizes 3dCart.com shopping cart technology to facilitate donations for our less fortunate neighbors.
